Jordan+Bateman Architects worked on the refurbishment of two high-end apartments in the Sloane Square area for a private Client.

One apartment was dedicated to accommodate the Client’s family while the other will be used as a dependant accommodation by guests and extended family members as pied-à-terre when visiting London.

The works included wet and electrical underfloor heating, complete re-flooring with engineered timber planks, redecoration of wall and ceiling, new bathrooms and electrical rewiring.

Particular care was taken to ensure the acoustic comfort for all residents as the floor finish was changed from carpet to timber. As part of the commission we provided bespoke walk-in dressing room furniture.
