Jordan+Bateman Architects were appointed to assist with maintenance and refurbishment works for the sizeable Residence of the Norwegian Ambassador in London.

This has included fit out of a new kitchen to the Ambassador’s premises, damp proofing and refurbishment of basement accommodation and works to the bathrooms.
We acted as Clerk of Works for the internal redecoration and rewiring of formal reception and accommodation spaces.

As part of the commission we provided reports on accessibility, on the existing exterior conditions, on proposed maintenance required and on best alternatives to optimize staff accommodation.
