A feasibility and concept scheme to deliver a business network hub, where users could rent either permanent business address, singular units, or could be used by individuals who other wise would not have access to Office and multimedia facilities normally available to established offices. The idea was to that it could be implement in a country where internet access is not widely available to the general public and encourage local people to develop independant businesses.
